Let's start preparing this simple recipe to prepare a delicious first course of Tortiglioni!
Ingredients for 4 people
- 300g PGI Gragnano Tortiglioni
- 200g feta cheese
- ½ red onion
- 3 small peppers
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 20 pitted black olives from Caiazzo
- Oregano to taste
- 3 tbs evoo
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- First, finely chop an onion and sauté it over low heat in a pan with oil.
- Add the peppers cut into slices and season with a little salt. Next, wash and quarter the tomatoes and add them to the pan along with the peppers.
- In a large saucepan, bring lightly salted water to the boil and boil the Tortiglioni al dente.
Drain them and transfer them to the pan with the sauce. Stir in a part of the feta cheese and the chopped olives, previously cut in half. - To finish off the heat, sprinkle with the remaining crumbled feta cheese, a little oregano powder and a grind of black pepper. Serve and enjoy every bite!
